To be able to rent a vehicle, the client must present his Lebanese ID or his passport along with a valid driving license. Renters from outside Lebanon must provide a valid international driving license along with their original driving license. Renters and additional drivers must present original copies of those documents at the beginning of the rental.
Yes, we do allow up to 2 additional drivers. However, in case of an accident while an additional driver is driving the vehicle, the primary driver is fully responsible. Additional drivers must be present at the beginning of the rental and provide all required identification documents.
Yes, the car may be delivered to any location within the Lebanese territory. However, the service must be arranged at the time of the reservation and may be subject to an extra charge.
Yes, you can return the car outside the office hours, but you should inform the reservation agent in advance or at the time of the pick-up. It is important to note that any damage to the vehicle before we retake possession (until our office opens and the car is checked up) is to be borne by the renter.
All rentals are charged based on a 24 hours billing period. Only when a rental exceeds a cycle of 24 hours, an additional charge will be applied. We do allow a grace period of 1 hour during the low season. The minimum rental charge is for 24 hours.
Yes, we do offer one-way rentals and an additional fee may apply to cover the car collection expenses.
All cars must be refueled to the same level that you received at the time of the pick-up. We also offer other alternatives such as prepaid tank. If you return the car with less fuel than the pick-up level, you will be charged for the difference at the current fuel price plus a service fee.
We accept payments in cash and all major debit or credit cards : Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All cards must be at the name of the primary driver. The full amount of the car rental and extras must be settled on car pick-up. We do not accept travelers checks or checks as a form of payment. We accept payments in US dollars (USD) or Lebanese Pound (LBP).
Yes you do. The minimum charge for a security deposit is 300 US dollars. This amount will rise with the value of the rented vehicle. We do not accept cash for security deposits. We only accept credit card pre-authorization. For some high value vehicles, we require a pre-authorization on 2 different credit cards (both have to be at the name of the renter). The blocked amount will be returned to the renter’s credit card within 30 days after the end of the rental. Should you not possess a credit card, we offer you the possibility of settling the security deposit via bank transfer. You will be requested to send us a copy of the bank transfer receipt 5 days prior to the beginning of your rental. This amount will be refunded to your bank account via bank transfer within 30 days after the end of the rental.
All our cars are fully insured. Insurance covers both the vehicles and the passengers. In case of an accident the renter will have to cover the deductible. In order to waive the deductible renter may purchase some extra insurance. Insurance only covers the vehicle within the Lebanese Territories. Insurance doesn’t cover accidents in case of violation of the Lebanese of the traffic law. In this case, the client will bear full responsibility for the accident, both legally and financially.
The renter is fully responsible for all kinds of traffic fines and any extra cost they incur. From the moment he collects the vehicles till we retake possession of the car, the renter is solely responsible.
It is strictly forbidden to drive the vehicle outside the Lebanese borders.
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the beginning of the rental. Should you cancel within the last 24 hours before the beginning of the rental period, you will be charged with 1 day rental.
